Susanne Persson will succeed Sören Bergström as head of the JM Residential Sweden business unit in JM’s Executive Management.

Susanne Persson will take over as head of the JM Residential Sweden business unit on January 1, 2018. Over the past four years, Susanne has successfully served as the regional manager for JM’s operations in southern Sweden. Susanne has extensive and widespread experience from the building and real estate industry, most recently from a similar position at PEAB. Prior to that she worked at Skanska.

Susanne will succeed Sören Bergström, who will retire at the end of 2018 after working almost 30 years at JM in various prominent positions, most recently as head of the JM Residential Sweden business unit. Sören will remain in JM’s Executive Management as the Director of Purchasing.

“I am truly pleased that we found someone as competent as Susanne to succeed one of the Group’s most qualified managers. Sören Bergström has had a big hand in terms of what JM is today. I feel very good about the handover,” says Johan Skoglund, President and CEO.
