The Court of Appeal has today announced its judgement regarding the Finansinspektionen's appeal of the Administrative Court's judgement regarding JM's annual report for 2017.

The ruling means that the tenant-owners associations that JM develops must be consolidated in JM's consolidated financial statements according to IFRS.

JM will analyze the Court of Appeal’s judgement and return with the company’s position.
