Three Regions Become Two When JM Streamlines JM Residential Sweden

The three regions East, West and Central within the JM Residential Sweden business unit are merging to become two. Mikael Matts will continue as regional manager for the East region, which in addition to Uppsala will include local JM offices in Västerås and Örebro. Matts Karlsson, previously regional manager for the Central region, will be the new regional manager for the West region, which will now include Gothenburg and the local offices in Linköping and Jönköping. Anders Lundberg, who until now has been regional manager for the West region, will remain in Gothenburg and work in a new role with business development and sales issues. This new organization is effective as of October 27.

"Due to the current market situation with weakened demand, we do not see any need for more than two regional offices for the JM Residential Sweden business unit. By concentrating on two regional offices we can also more effectively ensure capacity and support systems in the smaller market segments in Sweden," says Sören Bergström, Business unit manager.
