Timblads sells floor department to Ekens Golv

O Timblads Målerifirma AB, a wholly subsidiary of JM AB, is selling it floor department to Ekens Golv AB with effect from 1 December 2004. The transfer includes machinery, equipment, stock and some ongoing project as well as floor surfacing agreements between JM and Timblads. The floor department’s employees, some 20 people, will be offered permanent employment at Ekens Golv AB. “We see this as a further streamlining of Timblads’ core business – painting,” says Sören Bergström, head of the JM Production business unit and chairman of Timblads.
