JM divests property in Anderlecht, Brussels

JM has signed an agreement to sell the Rue Felicien Rops property in Anderlecht. The deal is worth SEK 28 million.The property is located in Anderlecht, Brussels and is the final phase of a residential project that JM has been developing since 2010. JM's landholdings in Belgium will thereafter consist of one property on the outskirts of Brussels. JM has a project underway that will be concluded in spring 2016.
