    JM signs conditional contract to acquire property for residential development in Röa, Oslo

    JM has signed a conditional contract to acquire a centrally located property for residential development in Röa, Oslo. The acquisition price will be determined and paid in conjunction with the local plan gaining final approval. This is expected to take place in 2023 at the earliest, at which time the transaction will be reported within the JM International business segment.     JM is acquiring centrally located property in the eastern part of Trondheim, Norway. The property’s local planning has gained final approval for approximately 170 apartments.The deal is worth SEK 90m and will be reported in Q1 2019 under the JM International business segment. Payment will be made in Q2. The property is centrally located at Brundalen/Charlottenlund in the eastern part of Trondheim, which is part of a larger development area called Granås Öst.     JM is acquiring a centrally located property in Gulskogen, Drammen, outside of Oslo. The property’s local planning has gained final approval for 230 apartments.The deal is worth SEK 180m and will be reported in Q1 2019 under the JM International business segment.     JM has signed an agreement to sell the Morbergtoppen property in Röyken Municipality and the Tollnes property in Skien Municipality. The deal is worth SEK 71m.The properties are located in Röyken Municipality, south of Slemmestad, and in Tollnes Municipality, outside of Skien. The transaction is in line with JM’s strategic focus on large growth areas. Occupancy for the buyer will take place in Q1 2019, which is also when partial payment will be made.     JM and Entra developing new neighborhood in Bryn, Oslo

    JM is signing an agreement with Entra to develop a centrally located area in Bryn, Oslo. The detailed plan is scheduled for completion in 2023, at which time the purchase price will be determined and paid, and the deal will be completed. The area has development potential for homes and commercial premises comprising approximately 120,000 m2.The properties are located next to the Brynseng subway station, close to the train and bus station.     JM has signed an agreement with the Norwegian pension company KLP for the acquisition of the Bergerveien 12 property in Asker. The deal is worth approximately SEK 340 million.     JM has acquired the development property Vollebekkveien 2A in north-eastern Oslo from Stiansen Eiendom AS. The purchase sum amounts to approximately SEK 170 million with occupancy and payment planned for November 2016. The acquisition is expected to enable development of 175 residential units.
