JMC Steel Group Hires New Chief Financial Officer

CHICAGO (August 22, 2012) — JMC Steel Group announced today that Michael J. Graham will join the company in mid-September as its chief financial officer. Graham fills this vacancy following an extensive nationwide search.

Graham brings more than 30 years of finance and accounting experience to his new position, and has held senior positions at a variety of public and private companies. He is experienced in all aspects of financial management, including controllership, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business strategy. Most recently, Graham was chief financial officer of Career Education Corporation. Prior to that role, he served in a number of senior financial positions, including SVP and controller of RR Donnelley and VP and controller of Sears.
