12,000 completed tests & increased revenue - JobMatch continues to grow
2018 was a successful year for JobMatch Sweden with over 12,000 completed JobMatch Talent tests, increased sales by 15 percent and a re-certification from DNV-GL. The company plans to continue to grow by translating the test into new languages and increasing the test system's user-friendliness.
"A big reason for our steady growth over the last few years is that DNV-GL has quality assured and certified our test for the Swedish market. As a direct result, we have gained many new customers, primarily in municipalities, government agencies and universities", says Klaus Olsen, CEO of JobMatch Sweden.
JobMatch Sweden can look back on a successful year with increased sales, new customers and over 12,000 completed tests on the company's digital platform JobMatch Center. During the year, JobMatch Sweden has invested heavily in increasing the user-friendliness of the platform, where customers can control everything that has to do with JobMatch Talent.
"Our recipe for success is high-quality products combined with a high level of service. Our clients should not have to waste time on administration, and we’ve therefore made JobMatch Center as user-friendly and educational as possible."
Among the company’s new products is an interview guide that is automatically tailored to each individual test result, and the JobMatch screening test, which sorts job seekers by relevance.
"We listen to our customers' feedback and needs and are constantly working to develop new quality services that can help them improve the recruitment process."
In addition to new clients in both the public and private sectors, the number of tests conducted in English increased during the year. And that’s something JobMatch Sweden will continue to invest in.
"We are currently focusing on translating the test into additional languages, including Arabic. We’re seeing a growing demand for qualitative personality tests that can predict work performance is world-wide", says Klaus Olsen.
