An increasing number of municipalities and authorities in Sweden are using JobMatch Talent
JobMatch Talent is one of two personality tests that have been certified by DNV-GL for the Swedish market. The certification has led to more and more of Sweden's municipalities using the test for recruitment, skills development, and leadership development.
“We’ve been using JobMatch Talent for almost ten years and it is an important part of our recruitment process. Based on who we are looking for, we can create a profile that is then matched with the applicants, it works excellently”, says Eivor Lindahl, HR strategist at Färgelanda municipality.
Right now, 67 of Sweden's municipalities use JobMatch Sweden's workplace psychological personality test for, among other things, recruitment, and skills development. One of them is Färgelanda municipality, which mainly uses the test for recruiting key people.
“In our organization, we use JobMatch Talent mainly for recruiting managers. We work according to a competence-based process where the test is an important part.”
In 2015, JobMatch Talent became the first personality test in Sweden to be certified by the international certification organization DNV-GL. A DNV-GL certification means that the test meets EFPA's, the European Association of National Psychological Associations, requirements for clarity, scientificity and that the test can do what the supplier claims.
“The certification from DNV GL is important because it gives us confidence that JobMatch Talent really works. This, together with us working with the tool for almost ten years, means that we know that the results can be trusted”, says Eivor Lindahl.
For JobMatch Sweden, municipalities and authorities are a growing customer group. Today, more than one hundred individual administrations in Sweden's municipalities use JobMatch Talent.
"JobMatch Talent is quality audited and certified by DNV-GL, a quality stamp that weighs heavily in the public sector. The tool is also easy to use and provides educational and easy-to-interpret results reports. These are two major reasons why many municipalities and county administrative boards use JobMatch Talent", says Klaus Olsen, CEO of JobMatch Sweden.
