Occupancy begins of U25

John Mattson’s latest infill development project, U25, has now been completed and tenants have begun to move into the 74 new build apartments.

The U25 property in Larsberg comprises 74 apartments for young adults built on land that was previously 20 parking spaces. The apartments aim to give young people from ages 18 to 25 the chance to enter the housing market. The apartments were launched in the market last spring and there has been substantial interest. Occupancy will take place in the first two weeks of October.

The property consists of studio and one-bedroom apartments as well as three apartment shares. For the apartment shares, John Mattson has a partnership in place with the company Colive, which will furnish the apartments, offer services and organise activities for the residents.

The annual rental value for U25 is SEK 7.8 million.
