Josab India signs a MoU with Greentech Infra regarding deliveries and market development cooperation
A MoU has been signed between M/S Josab India Private Limited represented by Mr Dennis Abraham (Managing Director) and M/S Greentech Infra Private Limited represented by Dr. Vivek Agarwal (Director), where both the parties agree to joint forces, develop the water treatment market in the Region of Rajasthan, India. The MoU states that Josab is willing to engage Greentech Infra Pvt Ltd as their exclusive sales and service agent in the region based on an initial order of nine 9 Josab Aqualite™ based ecological water treatment plants.
“To get Greentech Infra as a sales representative for our products in one of the most important regions in India is a big milestone for our development on this important market”, says Mr Dennis Abraham, MD Josab India. “We do believe that the cost effective Aqualite™ based technology that Josab is providing will be a better option for the government, large communities and private industries in Rajasthan in comparison to other technologies currently used in the region”, says Dr. Vivek Agarwal. ”Our long experience and connections into the market will give Josab a good platform to develop its business into this market”, Dr Agarwal concludes
The parties expects to finalize the terms of the cooperation before the end of this year. The order value of the initial order is expected to be approximately 2.5 million SEK.
The Company wishes to clarify that an MoU is not a legally binding agreement for either party.
