Josab International AB initiates collaboration with the law firm DLA Nordic
Josab International AB (JOSA) is changing its legal advisor to DLA Nordic a member of the DLA Piper Group, one of the world's largest alliance of law firms.
"It feels good to get DLA Nordic as a legal advisor at a time where acquisitions and development of our distribution partner network is on the agenda," says Andrej Setina, CEO Josab International AB. "Their international presence, particularly in China, is a key for us to cost-effectively implement these processes, Setina concludes.
"Josab is an exciting company and I am particularly pleased about this collaboration as the company, in addition to the business part, also interests me from a humanitarian perspective," says Anders Waltner, lawyer and partner at DLA Nordic, which will be the companies contact person. "Our role will primarily be to protect the company´s interests in connection with future transactions, but also to assist the company with internal issues and be involved in the strategic planning of the company's growth," Waltner concludes who has been at DLA Nordic since 1996 and has corporate and securities law, and acquisitions as specialist areas.
