Josab International AB participate in new share issue in the technology company Chromafora AB.
Since April 2015 Josab International AB owns 7,2% of the shares in Chromafora AB.
Josab International AB subscribed for 5.048 shares in Chromafora AB at the price 143 SEK / share, in a new share issue during March 2016. The investment means that Josab International AB subscribes their “pro-rata” share in the new issue.

The subscribed shares are part of a new share issue of 69.931 shares. Chromafora AB will through this transaction receive in total 10 000 133 SEK in cash contribution, whereof 721 864 SEK from Josab International AB.
