New CEO appointed for Josab International AB

The board of Josab International AB has this day appointed Mr Johan Gillgren as the new CEO of the company. Johan has previously held positions within SEB as equity broker, sales manager and client relations manager. He has recently been involved in various M&A projects towards the Chinese market.

”With a new group of investors and newly opened acquisition opportunities as well as pending water projects we believe that Johan, with his strong background from the financial sector, is the right leader who can guide Josab into the next phase of its market development, says Zhu Yongjun, chairman Josab International AB. “We are very pleased with the work of the former CEO, Andrej Setina, who together with his team has built up a sustainable business structure which will play a very important role for the future development of the company”, Zhu Yongjun concludes.

The current CEO of the company, Mr Andrej Setina has on his own request been granted “garden leave” for the remaining 3 months of the employment period and will officially leave his appointment as the CEO and board member of Josab International AB as of this date.
