Proposal for New Board

At the annual meeting 2016-06-23 there will be a re-election and new election of board members according to below proposal.

Prior to JOSAB’s annual meeting the company’s major shareholder has given the following proposal concerning board members:

Re-election:
Zhu Yongjun, also nominated as Chairman of the board
Cai Jianwen
Johan Gillgren
Henry Koskela

New election:
Sten Johansson
Stefan Östlundh

The fee for the board is proposed to be two basic price amounts per board member and year.

Sten Johansson, Swedish citizen, with more than 15 years’ experience from M&A, and presently a partner at Midcorp AB.

Stefan Östlundh a Swedish citizen, who since more than 20 years been living in China and in the recent years been managing large infrastructure development projects around China.
