Block_007: Product, network, and sales
Dear shareholders and other stakeholders,
Here is a new update from us at JS Security.
We are experiencing a great deal of interest in our platform, Security-as-a-Service, and associated networks. Security-as-a-Service with a P2P network was launched on January 14, 2022, after a period of bounty & penetration testing performed by HackerOne.
Since launch, about 30 test users have joined the platform. About 10 of these have further shown interest in a contract extension after the end of the test period. The test period runs for 60 days after registration.
We also have dialogues with other stakeholders in Sweden but have also received attention from international companies and partners where a more tailored approach in the form of "on-premises" solutions is discussed. We will return with more information about this on an ongoing basis.

Furthermore, our P2P network continues to grow at an unabated pace. The number of connected node operators currently amounts to as many as 77. The total potential storage capacity now exceeds 150 TB (terabytes), when all nodes are active.
During the next week, we will start processing the nearly 1,000 users of our iOS application, in order to connect as many as possible to the network. If we succeed in connecting all of them, the total potential storage capacity of our decentralized P2P network will exceed 1 PB (petabytes), which is equivalent to 1,000 TB, 10,000 GB (gigabytes), or 100,000 MB (megabytes).
Regardless of the number of connected node operators, we will continue to have up to 100% margin on storage.

Finally, our, already existing, ongoing dialogues with potential customers continue according to plan. Since the launch, we have experienced a better understanding among customers, when they can now go in and test the system themselves.
We continue to feel strong in the belief that the dialogues we currently have will bear fruit. In addition, we work together with our newly acquired company, StoneBeach, to implement our platform and network with their existing customers.
