Jumpgate has entered into an agreement for project financing with Susana Meza Graham and Andras Vajlok (”MGV”) amounting to ca 14 million SEK (1.2 million EUR) for a yet to be announced game project, which will be published by THQ Nordic. Amendment Agreement regarding the Share Purchase Agreement for Nukklear

Jumpgate AB (the ”Company”) has entered into an Amendment Agreement with Kirk Lenke (the ”Seller”) which amends certain terms in the Share Purchase Agreement executed by the Parties on April 5, 2023 regarding the Company´s acquisition of Nukklear from the Seller.
