Kesko has agreed to acquire the technical trade operator Dahl’s companies in Sweden, Norway and Denmark from Saint-Gobain, listed on the Euronext Paris. The combined net sales of the businesses to be acquired amounted to nearly €2.1 billion in 2025. Kesko’s sales increased by 2.9% in May, or by 0.9% in comparable terms."Kesko's sales continued to grow in May, in total by 2.9%. Kesko Corporation has today transferred a total of 7,244 of its own B shares (KESKOB) held by the company as treasury shares to the members of Kesko’s Board of Directors as part of their annual remuneration. Change in the holding of Kesko Corporation's treasury shares

Today a total of 1,814 B shares (KESKOB) have been returned to Kesko Corporation without consideration in accordance with the terms and conditions of Kesko's share-based commitment and incentive plan PSP 2023-2026. The shares had initially been granted to persons included in the target group of the 2023-2024 performance period of the plan.
