Kesko’s financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2023

The 2023 calendar for Kesko Group's financial reporting concerning the years 2022 and 2023 is as follows:

Year 2022 Annual Report                                        Week 10 at the latest

Year 2023 3-month interim report                            28 April 2023

Year 2023 6-month half-year financial report           27 July 2023

Year 2023 9-month interim report                            26 October 2023

Kesko Corporation's Annual General Meeting is planned for Thursday, 30 March 2023. The meeting will be convened by the company's Board of Directors separately at a later date.

In addition, the Group's sales figures will be published monthly as investor news and K Group's retail sales figures in connection with the interim reports.
