Red Line Oil Heads to Road America for SCCA National Championship Runoffs
Bay Area oil company looking to reset record for most titles in event history
Benicia, Calif. (Sept, 2011) – With a 30-year history of creating high-quality oils for street and racing use, Red Line Oil is no stranger to the champion's podium. The company is eagerly awaiting the results of this week's 48th Annual SCCA National Championship Runoffs at Road America, an event which Red Line has been participating in since the company was founded in 1979.
The Runoffs bring together winning drivers from 70 events and 28 categories across the country to qualify for one last, winner-take-all event, and Red Line drivers have consistently finished on the podium in almost every class. 2010, SCCA saw a record 22 champions and 48 podium finishes from Red Line racers.
Red Line Synthetic Oil will award eligible 1st place finishers with a $1500 custom Red Line Oil Sabelt driver’s suit. 2nd place finishers will receive $400 product certificates and 3rd place finishers will receive $250 product certificates.
