Gourmet Alfresco Dining at the Summer Party of the Year

Rub shoulders with legendary chefs Albert and Michel Roux Jr at this year’s Henley Festival (6 -10 July), the UK’s unmissable summer party - a five night, star studded, black tie event on the banks of the river Thames in the beautiful town of Henley-on-Thames. The father and son team will be offering classically French cuisine (think snails and steak tartare) in a quintessentially English lawn tent which houses their elegant Riverside Restaurant (from £110 per head for three courses).
While Albert and Michel Jr are putting on a headline performance in the Riverside Restaurant, Tom Jones and the other headline acts, including Jools Holland, Alexandra Burke, Rumer and Blake, will perform from a floating stage on the river.
Reserve your Festival tickets now to meet the father and son team, who will be weaving their Gallic magic around the tables, chatting to guests and festival goers.
Culture seekers who prefer informal dining can opt for the less formal Terrace Restaurant and Café du Soir or Heston Blumenthal’s Hinds Head at Henley, serving venison burgers and chips made famous at his historical 15th century Hinds Head pub in Bray, which has attracted international accolades.
‘This is a festival both for the connoisseur and the party goer. International performers combine with a jewel box of spectacular acts throughout the five days in a magical location on the banks of the Thames.’ says Stewart Collins, Artistic Director
There’s nothing like the Henley Festival. The beautiful setting and the intimate performances make it the best summer party you can imagine,’ says Tom Jones.
Tickets ranging from £35 – £110 are already selling out fast. Visit: www.henley-festival.co.uk or call the box office hotline: 01491 843404.
