Proposed Election of Directors

Proposed Election of Directors Shareholders representing over 75 percent of the votes have notified the Board of Directors their intention to propose the Annual General Meeting on April 26, 1999 to elect six (6) ordinary members of the Board without deputies and to re-elect Gösta Bystedt, Christer Granskog, Christoffer Taxell and Dag Wersén to members of the Board and to elect Carl-Gustaf Bergström and Finn Johnsson as new members of the Board. Carl-Gustaf Bergström is Senior Executive Vice President in Partek Oyj Abp and is Director of the Boards in Partek Forest (Chairman), Valtra Oy (Chairman) and Partek Insulation (Chairman). Finn Johnsson is President and CEO in Mölnlycke Health Care AB and is Director in the Boards of Volvo AB, Skanska AB and Venture Capital Company MVI (Chairman). The present Directors of the Board Björn Kvarnbäck and Thomas Oldér have decided not to be re-elected.
