Kamera signs global deal with APTN - agreement to develop content management platform for Internet distribution of television news. Kamera, Europe's leading Internet TV Company, has signed a three-year global online distribution deal with Associated Press Television News (APTN), the world's top news provider, The agreement with APTN means that Kamera will develop a new Internet platform for APTN, optimized to handle worldwide distribution of APTN's news feeds. Kamera will also operate and support the platform on a daily basis. "We chose to work with Kamera because of its technical expertise and understanding of building complex online solutions. The APTN platform, based on Kamera's Media Asset Management System, Kamera One (www.kameraone.com) will allow APTN clients all over the world to access, buy and publish APTN news material online, 24 hours a day.
