Kamic Electronics makes public addendum to offer document regarding offer for ElektronikGruppen

On 22 June 2011, Kamic Electronics AB (”Kamic Electronics”) launched an offer in cash to the shareholders of ElektronikGruppen BK Aktiebolag (publ) (”ElektronikGruppen”), to transfer all shares in ElektronikGruppen to Kamic Electronics. On 7 July 2011, Kamic Electronics made public the offer document (in the Swedish language) regarding the offer.
Kamic Electronics today made public an addendum to the offer document (in the Swedish language) regarding the offer for ElektronikGruppen. The addendum to the offer document has been prepared as a consequence of ElektronikGruppen, on 15 July 2011, publishing its interim report for the period January-June 2011.
The addendum (in the Swedish language) will be distributed to all directly registered shareholders in ElektronikGruppen and can be ordered at Remium, +46 8 454 32 70. The addendum will also be available at ABG Sundal Collier’s office, Regeringsgatan 65, 5tr, 103 89 Stockholm, Sweden, as well as at Remium’s office, Kungsgatan 12-14, 111 35 Stockholm, Sweden.
