KANKUN® is bringing their Habanero and Marinade sauce to this year’s Farm Shop & Deli Show and the Food & Drink Expo, the most recent exciting additions to the collection. The Habanero sauce has recently got a prestigious 10/10 review from the Chilli Foundry, where they say the sauce has an “irresistible smokey Habanero flavour” that will “add a new dimension to your cooking”. The Marinade sauce is the perfect accompaniment for the upcoming summer and BBQ seasons.

KANKUN® Sauce uses a secret recipe guarded fervently by generations of grandmas, aunties, and mamas from the Cardenas family. As such, the products represent the closest possible replication of the traditional homemade sauces enjoyed at Mexican family gatherings.
Rolando, the artist behind the sauce, learned the art of the perfect chilli mix by sneaking into the kitchen at family dinners and watching, tasting and smelling the age-old recipes at the heart of his family’s tradition. He soaked up the tricks and secrets of the sauces, then replicated them a thousand times until they were as good as those from his childhood.
Rolando’s sauces were first served at fiestas featuring luchadores, mariachis and the most kicking Mexican food in town.
