Increased number of shares and votes in Karnov Group AB (publ)
As of today, 30 November 2020, the total number of shares and votes in Karnov Group AB (publ) amounts to 98,095,914 shares and 97,713,101.7 votes.
The total number of shares consists of 97,670,567 ordinary shares, which carry one vote per share, and 425,347 shares of series C, which carry one-tenth of a vote per share.
The number of shares and votes has changed as a result of the issue of 46,510 new shares of series C that the Board of Directors of the company resolved upon on 18 November 2020 as part of securing the delivery of shares to entitled participants in the share-related incentive program LTIP 2020 as well as to secure and cover costs that can be triggered by the incentive program (e.g., social security charges and taxes).
As of today, the company holds in total 425,347 repurchased shares of series C as part of securing the delivery of shares to entitled participants in the share-related incentive programs LTIP 2019 and LTIP 2020.
