Karnov Group enables advance voting at the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2020
The Board of Directors of Karnov Group AB (publ) has today resolved that shareholders in Karnov Group AB shall be able to exercise its voting rights at the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2020 by advance voting. The intention is to minimise the number of people gathered at the location of the AGM, as a part of the effort to minimise the risk of spreading the Covid-19, while still encouraging shareholders to exercise their voting rights.
