The Nomination Committee proposes Loris Barisa as a new member of the Board of Directors in Karnov Group AB (publ)

The Nomination Committee of Karnov Group AB (publ) proposes that Loris Barisa, Wealth Manager at Coeli and former Executive of Thomson Reuters, shall be elected as new member of the Board of Directors in connection with the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2021. Loris Barisa is proposed to succeed Mark Redwood who has declined re-election.Further, the Nomination Committee proposes an unchanged number of Board members. Other proposals from the Nomination Committee and the Committee´s motivated statement will be presented in connection with the notice of the Annual General Meeting. Karnov
