CHANGE OF THE NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN KARO BIO

STOCKHOLM, November 4, 2015 - Karo Bio AB (publ) today announced that the company’s total number of shares as per October 31, 2015 amounted to 49 544 121 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the recently completed acquisition of 100% of the shares in Swereco Group and the directed new share issue of 2 551 218 shares to the shareholders in Swereco Group.
