CHANGE OF THE NUMBER OF SHARES AND VOTES IN KARO BIO

STOCKHOLM, November 30, 2015 - Karo Bio AB (publ) today an-nounced that the company’s total number of shares as per Novem-ber 30, 2015 amounted to 49 925 755 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the recently completed acquisition of more than 90% of the shares in MedCore AB and the directed new share issue of 381 634 shares to the shareholders in MedCore AB.
