Change of the number of shares and votes in Karo Bio AB (publ)

STOCKHOLM, July 31, 2015 - Karo Bio AB (publ) today announced that the company’s total number of shares as per July 31, 2015 amounts to 939,658,066 shares, corresponding to an equal number of votes. The increase in the number of shares and votes results from the recently completed share issues of 249,914,516 shares. Both issues were announced on April 29, 2015.
