ANNOUNCING REDUCED TRANSACTION COST IN RELATION TO IPO OFFER

On 24 March 2022, Katalysen Ventures AB (publ)’s investment memorandum was approved by Spotlight Stock Market. In this investment memorandum it is stated that IPO related transaction costs add up to approximately MSEK 1.9 (17.3% of the total issue amount). Today, Katalysen Ventures can announce that the transaction cost stated in the memorandum has been revised down to approximately MSEK 1.39 (12.6% of the total issue amount).
