Following the early exercise of warrants on Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) shares by warrant holders, first communicated on 27 June 2024 and now registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, the total amount of shares in Katalysen Ventures has increased by 196’300 shares to 7’787’654.
