Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) appoints Anders Dahlgren as new CFO
Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) ("Katalysen" or the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of Anders Dahlgren as its new Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”). Anders will be taking over from the previous CFO, Joakim Helbig, and we wish Joakim all the best in his future endeavors.
With Anders Dahlgren joining the team, Katalysen not only aims to further strengthen its own financial infrastructure, but also to provide more such support to the Company’s portfolio. Anders’ wealth of experience and expertise in financial management and entrepreneurship will help drive financial maturity in the portfolio, making ventures ready for larger issues, more demanding investors, and important events such as potential future IPOs.
Anders holds an MBA from the University of Gothenburg, School of Business, Economics and Law. He started his career at Handelsbanken in 2006 and later worked as an accountant at Deloitte. Anders' passion for venture building led him to found his own consultancy firm within digital media, which he successfully exited after 9 years. He has also held various positions such as Founder, Growth Manager, CFO, and CEO, accumulating diverse experience and insights along the way.
CEO Peter Almberg comments: “Anders joined Katalysen in early 2023, and has worked side by side with our former CEO Joakim Helbig, to make a smooth transition. With Anders in place we are confident that his expertise will contribute significantly to our company's success. We look forward to working with Anders and leveraging his skills to further strengthen our financial infrastructure and support our portfolio companies. I also want to thank Joakim Helbig for a great time and for his important contributions to Katalysen.”
