Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) publishes supplementary memorandum as a result of new cooperation agreement
Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) ("Katalysen" or "the Company") hereby publishes a supplementary memorandum as a result of the Company's 1 April 2022 announcement that Katalysen has entered into a significant cooperation agreement during the current subscription period in the Company's IPO. The supplementary memorandum is available on the Company's (www.katalysen.com), Nordic Issuings (www.nordic-issuing.se) and Spotlight Stock Market’s (www.spotlightstockmarket.com) websites respectively.
The supplementary memorandum has been prepared as a result of Katalysen’s April 1, 2022, press release announcement that the Company has entered into a significant cooperation agreement with Tetrad Capital Partners. The press release is available under "Investor Relations" on the Company's website, www.katalysen.com.
Investors who before the publication of the supplementary memorandum have subscribed for or otherwise consented to the acquisition of shares in Katalysen have the right to withdraw their subscription or consent within two working days from the publication of the supplementary memorandum, i.e. no later than 6 April 2022. Withdrawal must be done in writing to Nordic Issuing AB, Stortorget 3, 211 22 Malmö or via e-mail to info@nordic-issuing.se. Investors who have subscribed for the acquisition of shares through a nominee must contact their nominee regarding revocation. Subscription that has not been revoked will remain binding and investors who wish to remain with their subscription of shares in Katalysen do not need to take any action. Katalysen Ventures is a Swedish venture capital company, founded by entrepreneur and company builder Peter Almberg. The Company operates as a so called “venture developer”.
