Katalysen Ventures and the LegalWorks Group Partner to Unlock Top-Tier Law Functions for All Businesses
Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) (“Katalysen”), Northern Europe’s leading venture developer, and the LegalWorksGroup (“LegalWorks”), Sweden’s leading alternative provider of business law, are excited to announce a partnership designed to unlock top-tier law functions for all businesses in the Nordics. This partnership will make LegalWorks’ expertise available for Katalysen and to Katalysen’s portfolio of entrepreneur-led ventures, while providing LegalWorks access to Katalysen’s extensive experience in venture development and its network of investors, venture developers, and sector experts.
This collaboration will also see Katalysen supporting LegalWorks company Legalbuddy, Sweden’s leading automated platform for business law, giving Legalbuddy a competitive edge as it scales up operations in the Nordics. As part of this partnership, Katalysen will obtain warrants in Legalbuddy.

About the LegalWorks Group
