Notification in Katalysen Ventures following shareholder updates

Following a combination of off-market transactions and the exercising of warrants, Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) ("Katalysen Ventures") has become aware of the following changes to its shareholder structure.

Hans Fajerson’s combined ownership in Katalysen Ventures has changed from 944'889 (12.13%) to 1'489'640 (19.13%), Peter Almberg’s combined ownership in Katalysen Ventures has changed from 927'897 (11.92%) to 846'985 (10.88%), and Heinrich Weber’s combined ownership in Katalysen Ventures has changed from 558'750 (7.17%) to 377'167 (4.84%).
