Today, trade commences in the Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) (“Katalysen” or “the Company”) share on Spotlight Stock Market. The Company’s share will be traded under the ticker “KAV” with ISIN-code SE0016798045.

The listing on Spotlight Stock Market is preceded by an oversubscribed new share issue, the subscription period of which lasted during March / April 2022. Approximately SEK 12.5 million was subscribed for in the new share issue, including subscription commitments, corresponding to a subscription ratio of approximately 113 percent. Through the new share issue, the Company received approximately SEK 11 million (before issue costs of approximately SEK 1.39 million) and approximately 130 new shareholders.
