In collaboration with business angels and entrepreneurs, Venture Targeter is pleased to announce its participation in the acquisition of QuTEM (formerly Vironova BioAnalytics) (the "Company"), positioning itself as the second-largest shareholder in the company. Katalysen Ventures, holding a 33% stake in Venture Targeter, further strengthens its commitment to supporting early-stage innovation with the inclusion of Venture Targeter in its portfolio following this milestone transaction.
Venture Targeter is pleased to announce its participation in the acquisition of QuTEM (formerly Vironova BioAnalytics), a leading provider of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) services, alongside QuatreLab (a quality control company created by Columbus Venture Partners) and Accord Investment Partners. This will enable QuTEM to enhance its capabilities and continue to deliver TEM analyses according to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for the pharmaceutical industry.
