Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) announces oversubscribed listing issue

On April 10, 2022, the subscription period in Katalysen Ventures AB's (publ) ("Katalysen" or "the Company") new share issue prior to listing on Spotlight Stock Market (the "Listing Issue") ended. A total of approximately SEK 12.5 million was subscribed for in the Listing Issue, corresponding to a subscription ratio of approximately 113 percent. Katalysen Ventures AB (publ) receives approval for listing and publishes memorandum
