2011 Circle of Excellence Award, Partner of the Year, and Major Accounts Partner of the Year distinctions recognize achievement in sales and customer satisfaction.

Philadelphia, July 25, 2011 – Transcend United Technologies announced today that it received the ShoreTel 2011 Circle of Excellence Award, was named ShoreTel’s Partner of the Year for the fifth consecutive year and was also recognized as a Major Accounts Partner of the Year for 2011. ShoreTel announced the winners at its annual partner conference in Chicago, July 17 to 19.

ShoreTel, the leading provider of brilliantly simple IP phone systems with fully integrated unified communications (UC), announced the winners of sales and customer satisfaction achievement awards during the annual Champion Partner Conference, in July. The Circle of Excellence, Partner of the Year and Major Accounts Partner of the Year awards are the highest honors ShoreTel bestows upon a partner.

The Circle of Excellence Award is presented to ShoreTel's top ten resellers based on revenue success and achievement of world-class customer satisfaction scores of 90+ as measured by an independent third party.

Transcend United‘s position as the number one revenue-generating partner earned the company its Partner of the Year distinction. Transcend United was also named the 2011 Major Accounts Partner of the Year for shipping more ShoreTel telephony endpoints to registered Major Accounts than any other channel partner. A Major Account is defined as being multi-site, over 500 lines and more often than not, international.
