Transcend United Technologies Executive to Speak at COMPTEL PLUS
CEO Rick Hirsh discusses merger and acquisition strategies at fall 2011 show
Orlando, Sept. 21, 2011—Transcend United Technologies today announced that Rick Hirsh, chief executive officer, will be speaking at the COMPTEL PLUS Fall 2011 Convention & EXPO, Oct. 2–5, 2011, at the Gaylord Palms Hotel and Convention Center in Orlando.
Hirsh will join other executives for the panel, “Consolidation Continues: How Convergence of IT, Telecom, and Managed Services Will Impact the M&A Market?” on Monday, Oct. 3 from 2:30 to 3:15 p.m. in Osceola Ballroom B.
The panel will discuss how the rapid convergence of traditional IT, telecom, and managed services will continue to drive M&A and what the key valuation drivers are for service providers considering M&A in the coming year. Hirsh, along with the other panelists will provide insight on what to look for as consolidation continues across the industry.
