LiquidWare Cloud Backup mitigates disaster and recovery risk unique to ShoreTel data for improved business continuity

PHILADELPHIA, July 27, 2011—Transcend United Technologies announced today the availability of LiquidWare Cloud Backup for ShoreTel, its new Cloud-specific backup system exclusively for ShoreTel customers. LiquidWare Cloud Backup for ShoreTel is an offsite, online, real-time network backup and restore service.

LiquidWare Cloud Backup provides ShoreTel customers the ability to back up critical telephony data, including the ShoreTel Director configuration database, voicemail, auto-attendants, call detail records (CDRs), logs, and all important ShoreTel files and folders.
