Leading complex-litigation firm selects Relativity for efficient processing and review of large data sets

kCura, developers of the e-discovery software Relativity, today announced that Korein Tillery LLC has licensed Relativity.

As a fully featured, web-based e-discovery platform, Relativity allows users to create and automate custom workflows, take advantage of a complete set of text analytics capabilities including computer-assisted review, and make use of fully integrated processing capabilities—so case teams can ingest data and begin review quickly without leaving the system.

Because a single case at Korein Tillery often involves millions of files spanning multiple databases, the firm requires scalable software that allows their teams to work quickly without compromising quality. Relativity Processing meets this requirement by allowing users to efficiently process multiple data sets into review simultaneously, while making error handling easy.

“Our previous software would tell us if there was a loading error, but not where and what it was—so we would sometimes need to manually track down three errors within 50,000 rows of data, delaying our review,” said Stephanie Clerkin, project manager at Korein Tillery. “With Relativity, we can easily view the errors while continuing to work with and review the rest of the records. That’s going to be a huge time saver.”

“We're excited that Korein Tillery has selected Relativity,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. “We look forward to helping them provide their clients with a great experience."
