Fast-growing California law firm selects Relativity for fully featured e-discovery

kCura, developers of the e-discovery software Relativity, today announced that Weintraub Tobin has licensed Relativity for comprehensive processing, review, analytics, and production functionality. Weintraub Tobin is one of the fastest-growing law firms in California, specializing in corporate and securities; labor and employment; real estate finance and transactional work; entertainment, new media, and intellectual property; and business litigation.

As a fully featured, web-based e-discovery platform, Relativity allows users to create and automate custom workflows, take advantage of a complete set of text analytics capabilities, including computer-assisted review, and make use of fully integrated processing capabilities—so case teams can ingest data and begin review quickly without leaving the system.

“Relativity’s integrated processing, analytics, and review capabilities allow us to manage everything within one piece of software, resulting in less administrative time billed and more time and money saved for our firm and for our clients,” said Dale Campbell, partner and litigation practice group leader for Weintraub Tobin.

As the firm continues to expand, Weintraub Tobin has been handling an increasing number of large cases. A scalable solution was required to assist in streamlining their e-discovery process.

“It is great to have an all-in-one solution that can easily handle our largest cases and is able to grow with us,” said Jennye Melendez, senior litigation technology paralegal for Weintraub Tobin.

“We’re excited that Weintraub Tobin selected Relativity, and are using it to more efficiently manage their increasing case volumes,” said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. “We look forward to helping them deliver exceptional e-discovery services to their customers.”
