The ASTG AB Extra General Meeting approved on July 17, 2020, the name change of the company from Advanced Stabilized Technologies Group AB to KebNi AB.

The ASTG AB Extra General Meeting approved on July 17, 2020, to change the name of the company from Advanced Stabilized Technologies Group AB to KebNi AB. The Articles of Association was also changed and approved accordingly.

The name change is being registered with Bolagsverket. Information concerning the trading name on the stock exchange will be released later once the registration is complete.

The company informs that it will officially start using its new name from July 27, 2020, where an updated website will be launched as well.
