ASTG announces short delay in signing with ReQuTech

Referring to the signing of a Letter of Intent with ReQuTech on February 10, 2020, ASTG informed that it intended to sign the final agreement on April 1, 2020. As there has been a delay in the completion of the performance of the due diligence, there will be a short delay in the signing of the final agreement between ReQuTech and ASTG, compared to the original plan.

The company and ReQuTech look forward to announcing the final signing of the agreement within a few days.
