Due to the fact that the company has received many questions from the shareholders regarding the warrants program issued by the Board of Directors on November 14, 2017, with authorization given by the general meeting (the "warrants"), the company wants to provide the following information.

In the Company's opinion, the Warrants, after recalculation due to dilution protection, but prior to a new share issue pursuant to a press release of October 24, 2019 (the "New Issue"), entitle to subscribe for 948,722 shares at a subscription price of approximately SEK 2.90 per share. When recalculated on the grounds of the rights issue, provided that this is fully subscribed, the Warrants warrant subscription of 1,897,444 shares at a subscription price of approximately SEK 1.45 per share. In summary, this means that the Warrants, with regard to protection against dilution, always result in a maximum dilution of the share capital of 6,897 percent.

The warrants must be exercised no later than December 31, 2019. At full exercise, the company will be granted a liquidity of SEK 2,750,000.
