KEBNI AB'S (PUBL) POSTPONES Q3 REPORT TO ENABLE PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES PARTICIPATION IN THE ONGOING RIGHTS ISSUE OF UP TO SEK 50 MILLION
KebNi AB (publ) ("KebNi" or the "Company") today announces that, due to the ongoing rights issue with pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders, the publication of the Company's Q3 report will be postponed to November 30, 2020 (previously November 19, 2020).
Stockholm, Sweden, October 19th 2020 - The subscription period for the rights issue runs between October 16-October 30, 2020. In order to enable persons discharging managerial positions, and as such are subject to a 30-day closed period ahead of publication of the Company's financial reports, KebNi has resolved to postpone publication of the report.
"We are pleased to note that there is a strong interest within the organization, both among staff, management team and board members, to participate in the issue being carried out.
