Riku Sauso appointed as a CFO of Keliber Oy

Keliber is moving towards the implementation of major investments and the construction phase of factories and mines. Riku Sauso will start as a CFO of Keliber in June 2020. Riku Sauso has a M.sc. degree in economics and a M.sc. degree in engineering. His previous employers include Outokumpu, Lemminkäinen, Wärtsilä and current Mapvision Oy. Riku Sauso has practical experience from corporate financing and from financial project controll of above 400 M€ investments. Jaakko Vilponen, the current CFO of Keliber, will continue as an advisor to the company's management until he retires during the coming winter.

“As Keliber approaches the construction phase, we need strong economic and financial expertise. Riku Sauso will contribute Keliber's operational activities and the implementation of a major mining and factory project according to schedule,” says Hannu Hautala, CEO of Keliber Oy.
